Was happy to read about these two mature and sensible 13-year-old girls in yesterday’s Zaobao. They did well enough in the PSLE to get into ‘brand name’ schools. But they chose schools near their homes instead, with their parents’ support. Both are doing well and happy. The time saved travelling to and from school they spend on school work, friends and family.
